🖼️ Forbidden Image Detection

Forbidden Image Detection can scan supported image attachments in new messages and apply configured actions when an image matches a local or global record. Moderators can also flag images from an existing message for review.

Automatic Scanning

Enable or disable automatic matching for new image messages with either command:

/config forbidden-images enabled enabled:True
/config forbidden-images automatic-scanning enabled:True

Actions and Alerts

Use /config forbidden-images to manage local and global actions, global matching, and alert settings. Available actions are deleting the message, banning the user, or timing the user out for 24 hours. Local and global actions are configured separately. You can also set an alert channel and roles to notify.

Use /config forbidden-images status to view the current settings.

info

Image matching is approximate. Configure actions with that in mind.

Flag an Existing Message

Right-click a message with supported image attachments, open Apps, then choose Sledgehammer → Flag images. A moderator with Ban Members or Administrator permission can submit the images for review, or choose to flag them and ban the user. Supported image types are PNG, JPEG, and WebP.
